Genny’s Diner on Frankfort Avenue was a staple of the Louisville community from 1983 to 2010. Serving such items as the “Sweet Daddy” Burger and “Frickled Pickles”, Genny’s was ran by Frank Faris who specialized in large portions and some of the most delicious diner-style food in the city.
Now, Frank is back with the Frickled Pickle Express food truck! Established in 2023, Frank is serving up his world famous “Frickled Pickles”, Fried Green Tomatoes, BLTs, Cheeseburgers, Fried Pork Chop Sandwiches, and more!
